RV FAQ's

 

Q: How often should my roof be sealed?
A: It should be inspected annually and resealed approximately every 5 years.

Q: Should I have my RV inspected annually?
A: Annual inspections are suggested in order to detect issues that could potentially cause problems while on the road and to make sure your equipment is in safe operating condition.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We offer a 10% discount on labor for the first service call (excluding parts and truck fee).

Q: Do you have any certifications?
A: Yes! I am a certified RVDA and RVIA technician.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We are happy to accept all major credit cards, check and cash. Payment must be made in person. All payments are due in full when billed, service call fee and minimum labor fee will be billed at initial visit. All parts ordered must be pre-paid. Once ordered, parts are non-returnable. We will process all paperwork for repairs done under warranty. The customer is responsible for any charges not covered under warranty.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will correct any issues reported to us within 30 days at no charge! Any parts ordered by the customer are nonrefundable.
